My name is Tenille, and I work with small business & startups to shape products that reflect their vision and build meaningful connections across all channels.

Experience and expertise: Over a decade leading strategic design at Microsoft, with expertise in leadership, UI/UX, accessibility, content and research strategy. Managed publications, public relations, and photography for the Florida Panthers Hockey Club (NHL).

I founded VIV Product Design Studio, named after my mother Vivian, to bring curiosity, creativity, and innovation together in ways that people can connect with, inspired by the example she set.

Signature style: Naturally curious, both creative and technical. I design with purpose and create experiences grounded in empathy and understanding.
